If mushrooms do not grow within 4 weeks, we will replace your kit under the following conditions:

  • The customer followed all growing instructions correctly
  • Proof of daily care (photos or short videos) is provided
  • The kit was not damaged, opened incorrectly, or exposed to extreme heat
  • The claim is reported within 30 days of purchase
  • Replacement applies to the kit only and does not include additional delivery charges unless agreed otherwise
